**Job title**: Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management (OM) Consultant
**Role Summary**:
Design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management solutions, managing the entire Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) lifecycle from order entry and orchestration to invoicing and returns. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable supply chain solutions and provide post‑go‑live support.
**Expectations**:
* Deliver at least 2–3 end‑to‑end Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management implementations.
* Integrate OM with Oracle Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, BOM, Oracle Financials (AR, GL), and third‑party ERP, WMS, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
* Produce comprehensive functional documentation (BRD, FSD, setup guides) and lead SIT/UAT testing.
* Resolve production issues and provide efficient post‑go‑live support.
* Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Configure and support Oracle SCM Cloud – Order Management module.
* Manage full O2C lifecycle: order entry, pricing/discounting, shipping/fulfillment, invoicing, returns, cancellations, and holds/approvals.
* Define and implement order orchestration rules, fulfillment lines, and approval workflows.
* Integrate with Oracle Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, BOM, Oracle Financials, and external systems via OIC or REST/SOAP.
* Conduct data migration, SIT/UAT testing, and production deployment.
* Provide functional documentation and post‑go‑live support.
* Collaborate with technical teams on OTBI/BI reporting, REST/SOAP integrations, and troubleshooting.
**Required Skills**:
* ≥8 years of Oracle SCM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Order Management.
* Proven hands‑on experience in 2–3 full Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
* Deep knowledge of order orchestration, fulfillment, ATP/GOP, pricing strategies, discount rules, and returns/cancellations.
* Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP services.
* Solid understanding of Order‑to‑Cash business processes.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus.
* Agile/Scrum certification or experience is desirable.
