Job Description
**Job Title** Head of HR Delivery (12‑Month Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary** Senior executive responsible for leading and transforming core HR delivery functions within a complex, regulated, international organization. Drives the development and implementation of HR strategies, processes, and systems to align with business objectives and compliance requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end HR service excellence for a diverse workforce. - Lead change initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience. - Maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. - Demonstrate measurable impact on HR KPIs and cost controls. **Key Responsibilities** - Define HR delivery strategy and operational plans. - Oversee HR service teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. - Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy. - Lead digital transformation of HR processes and implement new HRIS solutions. - Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations. - Develop and manage the HR delivery budget. - Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. **Required Skills** - Proven senior HR leadership experience (≥8 years). - Strong change‑management and transformational capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication. - Deep knowledge of HR best practices and international regulations. - Analytical, data‑driven decision making. - Project management and cross‑functional teamwork. - Proficiency with modern HRIS and analytics platforms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Advanced HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, CIPD Senior Professional). - Demonstrated experience in a regulated, multi‑country environment.
