Director / VP of Sales & Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the global commercial strategy for a leading luxury travel brand, driving double‑digit revenue growth and brand elevation across international markets. Oversee sales, marketing, and customer experience teams, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives and corporate financial targets.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Commercial Strategy & Growth** – Define and execute the global commercial plan; identify new markets, partnerships, and product opportunities.
2. **Sales Leadership** – Build, coach, and manage a high‑performing global sales organization; establish scalable processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
3. **Marketing & Brand** – Develop integrated marketing programs (digital, CRM, performance‑based) that reinforce luxury positioning and drive qualified lead generation.
4. **Customer Experience** – Champion an end‑to‑end premium experience, driving retention, repeat bookings, and referral growth.
5. **Performance Management** – Own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting; create KPI dashboards for sales, marketing, and client service.
6. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Align sales, marketing, partnerships, product, and operations to support international expansion and operational excellence.
7. **Stakeholder Communication** – Present results, insights, and strategy to the CEO, board, and external partners.
**Required Skills**
- Senior leadership with 10+ years in luxury travel sales/marketing.
- Strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and financial acumen.
- Proven record of scaling revenue internationally, especially in the US market.
- Deep knowledge of luxury travel distribution channels (direct-to-consumer and trade).
- Expertise in CRM platforms, digital marketing, and performance‑led campaigns.
- Strong people management, coaching, and talent development ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
- Ability to design and implement structured commercial processes.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Luxury Management (e.g., Certified Luxury Brand Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing, etc.) are a plus.
