Job Description
**Job Title** Enterprise Account Manager – Security, FinTech, Fraud, SaaS, Series C, London **Role Summary** Senior Account Manager responsible for driving new subscription revenue across EMEA, expanding existing client footprint, and managing complex sales cycles for enterprise-level security, FinTech, fraud, and SaaS solutions in a fast‑growing Series‑C startup environment. **Expactations** - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and strategically manage territory. - Deliver consistent revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal activities. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and self‑motivation. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and secure new subscription opportunities across EMEA. - Nurture and expand relationships with an existing client base, driving deeper adoption. - Proactively uncover growth opportunities and collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions. - Manage multiple complex sales processes from lead qualification to close. - Articulate product value versus competitive offerings. - Develop and execute a strategic go‑to‑market plan for assigned territory. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of software sales experience targeting enterprise accounts. - Proven success selling Cyber Security, FinTech, Fraud, RegTech, or Risk solutions. - Strong relationship‑building skills with existing client portfolios. - Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Knowledge of sales qualification frameworks (MEDDIC, BANT, Sandler). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Familiarity with MEDDIC/BANT/Sandler frameworks (certification preferred but not mandatory).
