**Job Title** Business Analyst / Expert DataHub Freelance **Role Summary** Drive the planning, execution and delivery of Master Data Services (MDS) initiatives within a large banking organization. Serve as the liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring data reference projects are defined, tracked, tested, and adopted effectively. **Expectations** - Independently manage multiple data‑management projects simultaneously. - Deliver clear business specifications, test plans, and user acceptance support. - Coordinate cross‑function teams across multi‑site environments and maintain up‑to‑date documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Define business requirements for data repository projects. - Produce functional specifications and user acceptance test (UAT) scripts. - Facilitate workshops and attract stakeholder consensus. - Track project progress, identify risks, and interface with project managers. - Conduct IT testing, support UAT, and manage defect closure. - Maintain and enhance existing data‑system documentation. - Provide Level‑3 application support for data hub solutions. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years Business Analysis experience in IT, preferably in finance. - Proven expertise in DataHub configuration and Master Data Services. - Strong understanding of data reference frameworks and data management principles. - Proficiency in project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). - Ability to craft concise functional documents and coordinate multi‑site teams. - Professional working knowledge of English for collaboration with external partners. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. - Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or data management (e.g., DAMA‑DMBOK) are preferred.

Job Title: Data Quality Specialist – Tale of Data (Freelance) Role Summary: Audit, cleanse, and industrialize supplier, contract, customer, and marketing data using Tale of Data. Drive data quality automation, support the future Purchasing Data Platform, and contribute to organization-wide data governance. Expectations: - Immediate autonomy with Tale of Data; rapid mastery of tool configuration and maintenance. - Ability to handle multi‑source environments (SAP MM, Business Central, non‑ERP systems). - Strong command of English for communication with global teams.
