**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Support clients in the insurance and brokerage sector through digital transformation. Gather and formalise client requirements, liaise with French and UK IT teams, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and contribute to tailored solution design. **Expectations** - Understand and clearly translate client business needs. - Work both collaboratively and autonomously on assigned projects. - Embrace continuous learning and contribute to a culture of excellence and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect, analyse, and document requirements from brokers and insurers. - Translate requirements into clear briefs for IT teams in France and England. - Monitor development quality, adherence to timelines, and client communication. - Aid in designing solutions aligned with client business challenges. - Provide digital transformation consulting throughout the value chain. - Maintain high service levels and client satisfaction. **Required Skills** - 5+ years as a Business Analyst or AMOA in insurance (brokerage, carrier, or equivalent). - Strong analytical and organisational rigor. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management in French and English (written & spoken). - Proven initiative, proposal skills, and ability to work on varied topics. - Familiarity with insurance processes and digital solutions. - Knowledge of IARD and life insurance products and insurance data models is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in business, information systems, or related field. - Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desirable but not mandatory.
