Deliver high‑quality data visualizations, troubleshoot and enhance data processes, and mentor team members while continually expanding analytical expertise. **Expectations:** - Master the company’s data warehouses, systems, and workflows. - Produce impactful Tableau/Power BI dashboards that inform decision‑making. - Diagnose and resolve data quality and process issues efficiently. - Actively collaborate with stakeholders, propose solutions, and support team growth. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Build Analytical Solutions (40 %)** – Understand business requirements, create innovative models, and deliver insights via compelling visualizations. 2. **Improve Data Process Robustness (30 %)** – Identify root causes of data issues, develop efficient fixes, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams. 3. **Develop Skills & Support Team Growth (30 %)** – Pursue continuous learning, share knowledge, and uplift teammates to elevate overall performance. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical mindset with a propensity for questioning assumptions. - Detail‑oriented problem‑solving and debugging of data processes. - Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI, plus SQL data querying and wrangling. - Effective collaboration, coaching, and inclusive team engagement. - Clear communication of complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred). - Tableau Desktop Specialist (or equivalent) certification is a plus.
