**Job Title**
IT Systems & Network Architect (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and optimize the technical architecture of an enterprise’s IT systems to ensure performance, security, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
**Expectations**
- Deliver cohesive, interoperable infrastructure solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology scouting and feasibility studies.
- Lead technical projects, maintain up‑to‑date documentation and support high‑level operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement overall IT system architecture.
- Conduct feasibility and opportunity studies for new solutions.
- Monitor technology trends and propose upgrades.
- Lead technical evolution projects and manage timelines.
- Maintain architecture documentation and technical maps.
- Provide advanced support and guidance to operational teams.
- Enforce security standards and best practices.
- Design LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and SD‑WAN architectures.
- Manage network security, performance, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Oversee cyber‑security tools (firewalls, IAM, SIEM).
- Ensure high availability, data backup, and disaster recovery.
- Coordinate with operators and vendors.
- Track KPIs: technical mapping, service availability, incident resolution time, cyber‑security compliance.
**Required Skills**
- Network administration and supervision (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
- Virtualization technologies and storage management.
- Security protocols, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Deep knowledge of server, storage, network, cloud, and cyber‑security infrastructures.
- Proficiency in network protocols and system environments.
- Architectural design for scalable, secure solutions.
- ITIL framework and project management methodologies.
- Performance analysis and optimization.
- Analytical thinking, rigor, and organizational ability.
- Strong communication, teaching, proactive, autonomous, project‑oriented, innovative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree +5 in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of IT architecture experience.
- Preferred certifications: CCNP, CISSP, Microsoft Azure Architect, MCSE.
