Job Description

**Job Title** Symfony Trainer (M/F) **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deliver training content for Symfony and related PHP technologies. Manage e‑learning platform, support live and virtual sessions, and ensure training quality and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Passion for Symfony, PHP, Open Source, and emerging tech. - 2–3 years of professional experience with solid theoretical knowledge of Symfony. - Prior developer role, self‑learning mindset, and advanced technical and pedagogical skills. - Preferred current or pending Symfony certification. - Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing through workshops, articles, or tutorials. **Key Responsibilities** - Design curriculum and modules in collaboration with Training Lead. - Develop, maintain, and improve SensioLabs University e‑learning platform. - Create and evolve tools for onsite and remote training. - Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions. - Implement quality assurance actions to achieve high client satisfaction. - Perform continuous technological monitoring. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Symfony and PHP. - Experience with API Platform, API‑REST, Sylius. - Familiarity with automated testing (PHPUnit, Behat, Cypress). - Knowledge of continuous integration (Jenkins, GitLab‑CI, GitHub Actions). - Strong communication and instructional abilities. - Ability to design e‑learning content and interactive tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Bac + 5). - Symfony certification (certified or in‑progress).
