Job title: Director, IT Infrastructure Projects
Role Summary: Lead and deliver major IT infrastructure projects and strategic programmes from initial study through operational deployment, ensuring financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction within a defense‑qualified environment.
Expactations: • Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Provide decisive and timely guidance to maintain project momentum and achieve objectives.
• Represent the company in steering, risk, and client committees, ensuring transparent communication.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately and manage crises with stakeholders.
• Support pre‑sale activities by defining service scope, pricing, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan, structure, and steer multi‑phase projects (study to implementation) in networking, security, telecommunications, and digital workplace.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including resource mobilisation and task allocation.
• Define and maintain RACI matrices and project governance structures.
• Perform rigorous financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments, audit compliance, and implement preventive actions.
• Facilitate steering committees (Pilotage, COSTRAT, Project Committees) and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain project progress, deliverables, and client satisfaction, handling exceptions, tensions, or crises.
• Participate in pre‑sale to shape services, estimate costs, and prepare presentations.
Required Skills: • Proven leadership in managing simultaneous, multi‑client projects.
• Expertise in project organisation, risk & issue management, and change control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work under defense clearance.
• Deep knowledge of ANSSI, LPM, NIS2, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in evaluating risk, carrying out compliance audits, and ensuring quality.
• Comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and performance analysis.
• English fluent, with technical understanding of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, Digital Workplace, security, and cyber domains.
Required Education & Certifications: • Master’s level (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT integration project management, preferably in an ESN (IT consulting firm).
• Proven track record in deploying networking, security, telephony, and Digital Workplace solutions.
• Prince2 or PMP certification desired (not mandatory).
• Technical proficiency in LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, Digital Workplace (telephony, video), security and cyber security.
