Aligns business and technology strategies, drives innovation, and leads the design, assurance, and delivery of business solutions. Manages a team of Business and Senior Business Analysts and collaborates closely with Transformation Architects to ensure investments support strategic objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end business solution design and assurance in key programmes. - Partner with Transformation Architects to align technology investments with organisational strategy. - Identify and realise technology‑enabled opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue, and mitigate risk. - Produce and maintain strategic artefacts such as capability models, roadmaps, and customer journeys. - Guide agile teams to deliver continuous business value and operational excellence. - Lead and develop a team of Business and Senior Business Analysts. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business and Senior Business Analysts. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of experience in Business, Solution, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Partnering. - Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities. - Deep knowledge of business architecture frameworks and artefacts. - Strategic, analytical mindset with a proven track record of delivering outcomes. - Experience navigating complex organisations and driving transformational change. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. - Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate) are highly preferred.
