**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that drives audience engagement, brand reach, and revenue growth. Manage a cross-functional digital team and oversee website, social, email, and paid media programs, ensuring cohesive user experiences and data‑driven optimization across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and own the organization’s digital‑first strategy and road‑map.
- Oversee end‑to‑end website management: content, UX, performance, and SEO.
- Lead social media, email, and paid media programs; ensure unified brand messaging and high usability.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs: reach, engagement, conversion, acquisition, and subscriber/member growth.
- Analyze digital performance data, audience insights, and market trends to recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage the digital budget: campaign spend, content production costs, and technology/agency fees.
- Coordinate with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to align marketing efforts with membership, subscription, or audience data.
- Foster collaboration across departments and maintain a high‑performance culture within the digital capability.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership experience in digital strategy and team management in a fast‑paced environment.
- Expertise in website strategy, UX design, digital marketing, CRM, content strategy, and analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making and KPI management.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.
- Experience in membership, subscription, or audience‑focused organizations.
- Collaborative, mentoring approach, building in‑house capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms; advanced Excel and data visualization proficiency.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or a digital marketing credential) are a plus.
