Job Title: Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the creation, planning, and execution of integrated brand and marketing strategies for multiple Expedia Group brands (Expedia, Hotels, Vrbo). Drive high‑impact campaigns including big brand moments, cultural/seasonal initiatives, regional programs, and product go‑to‑market efforts, serving as a subject‑matter expert for assigned markets.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable business outcomes through data‑driven brand strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide strategic direction and insights that influence brand positioning and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end brand strategy, planning, and execution across all key initiatives for target brands.
- Develop and launch large‑scale brand moments, seasonal, cultural and regional campaigns (e.g., U.S., Rest of World, LATAM, APAC, EMEA).
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Analyze performance data, extract actionable insights, and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
- Support product and commercial go‑to‑market strategies with integrated marketing plans.
- Serve as the go‑to expert for the business or region you support, advising on brand positioning and tactical execution.
Required Skills:
- Proven marketing leadership with a track record of delivering results across creative, strategic, and analytical domains.
- Experience creating data‑driven brand strategies from vision to full‑funnel execution.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple high‑priority initiatives.
- Analytical ability to interpret metrics, derive insights, and measure impact against KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

- Familiarity with Travel, Retail, or FMCG sectors highly beneficial.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Professional marketing or brand strategy certifications (e.g., AMA, CMO, Brand Management) preferred.*
