Key Responsibilities • Plan, build, test, and schedule weekly email campaigns; manage segmentation, personalization, and journeys. • A/B test creative, messaging, and send strategies; analyze and report results. • Maintain and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, loyalty). • Collaborate with e‑commerce, creative, brand, and paid media teams to integrate CRM into product launches and brand campaigns. • Monitor deliverability, list health, and key retention metrics; provide insights and action plans. • Support loyalty programme engagement, referrals, and VIP strategies.
