About the Company


The story begins in 1972. Biologist and naturopath Jean Paul Llopart joined forces with beautician Rosanne Verle to create Phytal, a natural cosmetics brand designed for beauticians.

They laid the foundations for Naturo-Esthetique(r), inspired by their revolutionary approach in which beauty is inseparable from overall health, linking ecology and a natural philosophy and thus becoming pioneers in the cosmetic industry. Over the years, they developed innovative and effective products and methods (professional treatments packaged in ampoule form, the Gommage Contact +, the anti-ageing Prelude 108, etc.) with no synthetic preservatives. Integrated into Laboratoires Jerodia in 2004, a group specialising in 'natural beauty and health', the brand took on a new lease of life and became Phyt's.

Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Sector Manager – Occitanie **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth for natural beauty and pharmacy product lines across beauty institutes and retail outlets in the Occitanie/Center region. Develop and execute sales plans, provide product and protocol training, manage client relationships, and expand the channel footprint while maintaining brand consistency. **Expectations** - Achieve predefined sales targets for the assigned sector. - Build and sustain long‑term, value‑based relationships with clients. - Deliver measurable improvements in product visibility, retail performance, and online presence. **Key Responsibilities** - Advise beauty institutes and pharmacy clients on optimal product assortments, promotional offers, and operational enhancements. - Design and implement effective sales circuit (tours, visits, and virtual engagements). - Conduct commercial operations and promotions within distributor networks. - Lead product and protocol training programs for client teams. - Coach client sales teams and monitor the 5P retail variables (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Presentation). - Grow brand visibility through targeted social media initiatives. - Prospect new clients via multi‑channel distribution networks and negotiate account openings. - Optimize geographic coverage to maximize brand penetration. - Record and report sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics to senior management. **Required Skills** - Proven BtoB sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or allied industries. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a win‑win mindset. - Active listening and ability to diagnose client needs. - Knowledge of sell‑out concepts and retail performance metrics. - Tenacity, resilience to rejection, and high motivation. - Excellent communication abilities in French (written & spoken); English preferred. - Comfortable using phone, video conferencing, CRM, and commercial tools. - Team‑player with collaboration across internal departments. - Adaptive to various distribution networks and regional nuances. - Valid French driving licence (Category B). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Esthetics, or related field. - Commercial or aesthetic training; certifications in beauty or pharmaceutical sales are an advantage. - Continuous professional development in sales techniques is desirable.
