**Job Title**
Systems & Service Administrator – F/M
**Role Summary**
Deploy, administer, and continuously improve secure managed‑service solutions for clients, covering messaging, backup, cloud hosting, patching, monitoring, and cybersecurity controls. Maintain Windows and Linux environments, virtual servers, and support internal IT projects while ensuring high client satisfaction and security compliance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver reliable, secure managed services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Keep services current through testing, catalog updates, and adoption of new technologies.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams and contribute to internal system projects.
- Maintain strict security controls across all environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deploy and configure managed‑service offerings (Office 365, backup, cloud hosting, patching, supervision, anti‑spam/anti‑phishing, EDR, awareness, vault, DNS, SSL).
- Administer and support associated technologies (e.g., EasyVista Coservit, RG System, Cloudally, LetSignIt, MailinBlack, VadeSecure, Gandi, MaSauvegarde).
- Test new products, expand the service catalog, and refine existing solutions.
- Manage environmental security (patching, monitoring, incident response).
- Provide technical support for Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VSphere).
- Participate in internal IT projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Track and ensure client satisfaction and service level performance.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 1–2 years in managed‑services environments (Office 365, Veeam, vSphere, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity tools (SentinelOne, SonicWall, Hornet Security, Devolutions, Keeper, NinjaOne, PingCastle, Nessus).
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
- Familiarity with IaaS and PaaS cloud services.
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and adaptability to new technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac +2) to Master’s (Bac +5) level in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate/Professional, Veeam Certified Engineer, VMware Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+.
