**Job Title**
Operational Cybersecurity Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and manage high‑impact operational cybersecurity projects for enterprise clients, including SOC implementation, security solution deployment (EDR, PAM, IAM, Patch Management), and Active Directory hardening. Drive the project from scope definition to delivery while ensuring compliance, budget control, and stakeholder alignment.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience (excluding internships).
- Proven knowledge of cybersecurity domains and strong analytical, team‑federation, and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, rigorous, and client‑focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver on time and within budget.
- Preferable or required project management and cybersecurity certifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Assemble, coordinate, and manage cross‑functional project teams (experts, architects, analysts).
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
4. Monitor progress, track milestones, and report status to clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Facilitate operational and strategic steering committee meetings.
6. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for project execution and operational security.
7. Evaluate and select technical architectures and security solutions.
8. Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor engagements (including calls for tender).
9. Contribute to service offering development and internal knowledge sharing.
10. Pursue continuous professional development and training.
**Required Skills**
- Project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP).
- Strong written and verbal communication; fluent in English, French acceptable.
- Expertise in SOC operations, EDR, PAM, IAM, Patch Management, Active Directory security, and vulnerability remediation.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Team leadership, stakeholder management, and facilitation.
- Budgeting and financial oversight.
- Familiarity with risk, governance, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Project Management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, or relevant vendor credentials are advantageous.
- Continuous professional development in emerging cybersecurity technologies is expected.
