CRM 365 CE Technical Architect
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and govern Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Collaborate with solution architects, clients, and project teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable CE platforms, integrating Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and third‑party systems.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect or equivalent.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French language proficiency is an asset.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and evolve the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with solution blueprints.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Design and validate integration scenarios using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration patterns.
- Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and scope system integrations.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including solution demos and evaluations.
- Maintain knowledge of Azure DevOps/GitHub for source control, CI/CD, and versioning.
- Coach and mentor junior architects and developers within the team.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, Power Platform/Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Strong data modelling, migration, and integration knowledge.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and governance.
- Excellent communication, client‑facing, and relationship‑building skills.
- Adaptability to evolving requirements and technology trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Core Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365: Customer Engagement Functional Consultant, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Prince2 project management frameworks is a plus.
