**Job Title:** Business Development Executive **Role Summary:** Drive revenue by building a high-quality SME client base through outbound sales and data-driven outreach, leveraging AI and sales technologies to deliver tailored financing solutions. **Expectations:** Achieve and exceed KPIs, contribute to business growth targets, mentor junior team members, and maintain a proactive, team-oriented approach to sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute outbound calling, pipeline development, and client meetings to secure SME finance agreements. - Analyze prospect challenges and recommend customized lending solutions to meet business needs. - Independently manage 360 sales cycle, from qualification to closing, with minimal supervision. - Communicate product value propositions effectively to diverse SME audiences. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and processes. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2+ years B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or financial services (lending preferred). - Proven expertise in outbound cold calling and end-to-end sales cycle management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to mentor peers and contribute to team success. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
