Key Responsibilities: • Define programme roadmap, milestones, and KPIs for reporting transformation. • Oversee analytics and data science use cases for Digital and Delegated Authority domains. • Deliver integrated reporting (Intrali, VIPR, similar), retire legacy systems, and implement digital reporting capabilities. • Develop enterprise‑grade Power BI dashboards and semantic models, ensuring user adoption. • Engage underwriting, actuarial, claims, and DA stakeholders to align solutions with business needs. • Present executive‑level updates, facilitate steering group meetings, and maintain programme governance. • Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and programme governance. • Lead agile delivery, coaching Data Analysts and BI Developers through sprint cycles. • Promote a data‑driven culture and continuous improvement. Required Skills: • Extensive experience managing large‑scale technology change programmes. • Proven delivery of data analytics and data science initiatives. • Strong agile delivery leadership (Scrum, Kanban). • Cloud programme delivery, with Azure experience preferred. • Insurance/financial services background; Lloyd’s market knowledge an advantage. • Excellent communication, organisational and multi‑workstream prioritisation skills. • Knowledge of analytics, data science, and cloud technologies used in insurance.
