I am looking for a Change/Readiness consultant to join my client, a leading London Market insurer.
Previous insurance/financial service experience (as well as the below) are required for this position.
Experience required -
Need to have someone who will be hands on and 'do' the work
Get hands on and has drafted key SOW for deliverables
Looking for person to follow delivery leads and guide them on the process
Drafting comms as well as the delivery
Looking for a new way of working and want them to combine workstreams/comms
Identify right stakeholders to build readiness plans
Build 5 plan comms strategy and deliver
Need to have done a similar role previously

My client is a reputable London Market Insurer and they are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst/Solution Analyst with previous industry experience to partner with all areas of the business and IT to help implement fully integrated solutions as their enterprise architecture evolves .
This existing team is small yet very collaborative with a great work ethic where you will be able to grow your technical skills further and gain wider exposure to the business and industry.
Key responsibilities:
Form strong business partnerships with the Business, and Business Excellence to understand the business process/business requirements
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise on my client's Application Architecture, and how that architecture supports the various business processes
Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing project documentation, managing scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, and following agreed escalation paths
Execute and support BAU processes in relation to my client's applications covering system configuration changes, monitoring integrations, and training on system functionality
Liaise with Business Users, Developers and QAs to ensure requirements understood from all sides
Partner Head of Enterprise Application Architecture and Senior Solution Architect to conduct assessments on new systems to ensure technology meets Enterprise Architecture requirements
Support the Head of Enterprise Application Architecture in developing and maintaining an asset register of all applications, including documentation of BAU IT processes supporting the applications
Experience5+ years' experience in Business Systems Analysis in the London Specialty Insurance Industry.
Documenting Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Process analysis, data modelling, and data analytical skills using SQL and Excel.
Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Intermediate knowledge of Python, associated libraries and frameworks.
Previous experience implementing hx: Renew.
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
