**Job Title:** Expert DevOps Azure (F/H)
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, and service catalog for Azure-based infrastructure and applications. Act as a DevOps liaison across the IT organization, driving best practices, tooling, and continuous improvement.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps solutions on Azure.
- Mentor cross‑functional teams, ensuring adoption of IaC and automation.
- Collaborate with change control committees and quality assurance to manage release quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, logging, and performance tracking.
- Secure and optimize Azure infrastructure (networks, resources, and services).
- Facilitate DevOps skill development for DSI teams.
- Participate in change control, validation committees, and quality oversight.
- Ensure smooth operation of pipelines with developers through active support and continuous improvement.
- Integrate new projects into the organization’s global DevOps flow.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of DevOps experience, primarily with Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Azure infrastructure, IaC (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
- Strong scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
- Container & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
- Monitoring & observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Log Analytics.
- Security tools: SonarQube, Checkov, Trivy.
- Configuration management: Ansible, Terraform.
- Git workflow expertise.
- Networking, systems, and hybrid cloud fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently, analytically, and collaboratively.
- Good command of English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+5) or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) preferred.
