**Job Title:** Learning & Development Advisor **Role Summary:** Designs, delivers, and evaluates learning programs in corporate policies, soft skills, and leadership to advance workforce development and organizational priorities. **Expectations:** - Experienced L&D practitioner with expertise in corporate, soft skills, and leadership development. - Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive learning design capabilities. - Demonstrated ability to use data and feedback for continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Scope, co-design, and evaluate tailored learning for employees at all levels. - Develop and update learning materials aligned with regulatory and policy changes. - Facilitate engaging training sessions with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity. - Promote innovation in learning methods to enhance engagement and efficiency. - Maintain compliance in HR systems and learning content with legal/departmental standards. - Support leadership on strategic L&D initiatives and provide post-training evaluations. **Required Skills:** - Learning program design and delivery. - Stakeholder collaboration and facilitation. - Data-driven evaluation and reporting. - Curriculum development for diverse learning styles. - Compliance with data protection and legal requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in education, business, or related field. - Demonstrated qualifications in L&D (e.g., CIPD, CPLP, or equivalent). - Knowledge of current L&D trends and inclusion practices.
