Job Description
**Job title** Import Accounts Manager (H/F) **Role Summary** As an Import Accounts Manager, you will oversee the relationship and contract management for a portfolio of international insurance clients. Your focus is on ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing renewals, facilitating communication between master brokers and local clients, and driving client satisfaction and revenue retention. **Expectations** * 6‑month fixed‑term contract (CDD) * 1 day/month of travel to client sites; base in the Netherlands or Saint‑Denis, France * Work within a 5‑person corporate services team **Key Responsibilities** * Verify local contract compliance against master broker directives and French law. * Gather renewal information (capitals, insured sites, etc.). * Advise and support clients throughout policy cycles. * Draft amendments and contract documents. * Respond to requests from the master broker and local clients in English. * Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue maintenance. * Propose legal‑compliant solutions tailored to client needs. * Identify emerging risk and cross‑sell opportunities. * Contribute to continuous improvement of products and internal processes. * Coordinate with auto, transport, and other departments for local policy placement. * Assist insurers during risk assessment visits. **Required Skills** * 3+ years in IARD (non‑life) insurance account or client‑facing role. * Strong command of English (written & spoken). * Regulatory and compliance knowledge in French insurance law. * Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. * Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented with high service‑mindset. * Ability to work collaboratively in a small team. * Digital literacy: CRM, MS Office, and document drafting. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII, PMI, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory. ---
