**Role Summary**
Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy next‑generation AI solutions, focusing on large language models, generative AI, and cloud‑native platforms. Drive end‑to‑end development using Python, ensure scalable, secure, and compliant delivery on AWS, Azure, or GCP, and align AI initiatives with business objectives.
**Expectations**

- Demonstrate leadership and technical ownership of AI projects.
- Maintain continuous improvement of AI workflows, security, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Mentor and manage AI/ML engineering team.
- Architect and implement LLM and generative AI solutions.
- Develop and deploy Python‑based AI applications and MLOps pipelines.
- Design scalable AI infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Apply best practices for security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate emerging AI technologies.
**Required Skills**
- 13+ years software engineering with proven managerial experience.
- Advanced Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and generative AI frameworks.
- Cloud AI deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- ML algorithms, model optimisation, and MLOps.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Optional: vector databases, RAG, prompt engineering, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or ML are advantageous.
