Job Description
Job Title: B2B Commercial Manager (M/F) Role Summary: Lead the development, retention, and expansion of the industrial client portfolio for Bargues Agro Industrie and Maitre Prunille. Combine sales, negotiations, and procurement support to drive revenue, margins, and market presence across the food‑agri sector. Expectations: - Achieve and exceed quarterly sales and margin targets. - Build and manage a profitable B2B client portfolio. - Act as the primary client liaison and procurement collaborator. - Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings. - Support back‑up purchasing functions and provide market intelligence for optimal buying decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and secure new industrial accounts in the agri‑food industry. 2. Retain existing customers and uncover upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. 3. Negotiate pricing, volumes, contracts, and delivery terms. 4. Monitor and report on sales performance against objectives. 5. Attend trade fairs, client visits, and promotional events. 6. Manage B2B sales flow: orders, billing, and after‑sales support. 7. Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, orders, and complaints. 8. Collaborate with purchasing, production, and quality teams to align procurement with production schedules. 9. Track market trends and identify optimal buying windows. 10. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales/procurement team. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales and negotiation expertise in agri‑food. - Deep knowledge of raw materials, agri‑food markets, and supply dynamics. - Professional English (B2/C1) for export development. - Analytical mindset, precise timing for purchasing decisions, organizational rigor. - Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, persuasiveness, and commitment. - Demonstrated experience managing a team. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bac +5 (preferably in Agro‑engineering – e.g., INA‑PG, ENSA, ENITA, ENSAIA, ENSBANA – or Business School with agri‑food experience). - Management experience of a profit center or equivalent.
