**Job Title**
Product Owner & Development Team Lead – AGL Adélia Studio
**Role Summary**
Lead product ownership and a 10‑person development team for the AGL Adélia Studio platform, delivering its evolution across iSeries/IBM i, Linux, Windows and Web environments. Define the product roadmap, ensure alignment with company strategy and ISO 27001 security requirements, manage budget and performance indicators, and maintain deep expertise in IBM i technology while driving modern DevOps practices.

- Deliver a clear, prioritized roadmap that meets strategic, security, client and internal stakeholder needs.
- Keep the product coherent on all supported platforms and maintain high quality through continuous integration and security controls.
- Drive the team’s productivity and technical growth while staying within budget and achieving key performance metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Product Ownership** – Own the product vision, roadmap, feature backlog and release planning.
2. **Team Leadership** – Manage 10 developers, technical experts and support staff; coach, delegate, and evaluate performance.
3. **Support Oversight** – Supervise product support activities and hotline operations.
4. **Financial & KPI Management** – Control budget, margin, and track product KPIs.
5. **Technical Stewardship** – Maintain and expand knowledge of IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) and related languages (RPG, RPG/ILE, C/C++, Java).
6. **Modernization** – Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, and web frameworks across the platform.
7. **Stakeholder Collaboration** – Work with internal teams, partners and enterprise clients to shape product direction and ensure long‑term viability.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of IBM i/AS/400, iSeries environments and RPG/RPG ILE.
- Strong coding knowledge in C, C++ or Java; familiarity with Linux and Windows OS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and web framework development.
- Proven product management and team leadership experience in a technical software context.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
- High analytical ability, autonomy, and strong sense of accountability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP) is desirable.
- IBM certification in iSeries/IBM i architecture is a plus.
