**Job title**
Procurement Category Manager – Non‑Food
**Role Summary**
Lead procurement functions for non‑food disposable and consumable categories in a foodservice environment. Develop and execute category strategies, drive cost efficiencies, maintain supplier relationships, ensure compliance with sustainability and safety standards, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver value‑driven category strategies within a 12‑month contract.
- Achieve measurable cost savings, process efficiencies, and sustainability targets.
- Maintain high‑performance supplier partnerships and contractual compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement category plans for non‑food disposables, consumables, packaging, hygiene, and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service level agreements; manage supplier performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align procurement schedules and budgets.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and quality to sustain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability regulations.
- Prepare and control budgets for non‑food spend.
- Continuously refine procurement processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.

**Required Education & Certifications**
