Job Description
**Job Title:** Graduate Quantitative Analyst – Pricing & Profitability **Role Summary:** Support the Pricing & Profitability team in credit risk, developing, monitoring, and deploying pricing strategies. Translate data analysis into commercial decisions that drive portfolio performance and responsible lending. **Expectations:** ‑ Operate as a self‑starter with ownership of deliverables. ‑ Work collaboratively across Pricing, Credit Risk, Data, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams. ‑ Deliver accurate, timely insights to inform pricing, unit economics, and portfolio decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, validate, and monitor pricing models and strategy performance using Python and SQL. - Generate daily management information (MI) and data quality reports for key KPIs (acceptance rate, yield losses, margin). - Assist in controlled deployment of pricing changes: prepare inputs, validate outputs, support change‑management processes. - Develop and maintain pricing testing frameworks (e.g., champion/challenger), define success metrics, and evaluate results. - Construct unit‑economics cash‑flow models; prepare structured data, track parameters, run scenario analyses. - Create and report introducer commission analytics, including segmentation and performance tracking. - Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover drivers of performance and risk‑adjusted returns across customer segments and channels. - Execute ad‑hoc analyses for credit risk, pricing, and portfolio strategy, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python programming; solid working knowledge of SQL (or proven ability to learn quickly). - Strong quantitative analysis skills: data cleaning, joining, aggregation, and validation. - Familiarity with statistical modeling concepts. - Clear communication of technical insights to non‑technical audiences. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. ---
