**Job Title** Business Analyst (H/F) **Role Summary** Collect, analyze, and document functional requirements for IT tool enhancements under the direction of the Group IS Program Manager. Translate Product Owner insights into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals. Collaborate closely with development teams in Morocco and QA teams in Romania, supporting the implementation and production rollout as part of the Digital Factory Group. **Expectations** - Produce clear, validated functional specifications. - Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies. - Coordinate implementation, configuration, and interfacing of solutions. - Design and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure deliverable compliance. - Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation and IS references. - Travel nationally and internationally as required. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct functional audits and recommend process updates. 2. Analyze functional evolution needs and produce actionable recommendations. 3. Draft functional specifications, validate with Product Owners and Senior BA. 4. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and report progress. 5.
