**Job Title:** Senior Business Enterprise Architecture Coordinator (Freelance possible)
**Role Summary:**
Coordinates and oversees business architecture activities for a federal police modernization program, ensuring legacy application and database replacements align with current technology standards and maintain operational continuity. Acts as a bridge between program management, technical architects, and business stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Support program objectives and define project scope.
- Maintain and enforce architectural principles across all deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among user representatives, business analysts, legal, data protection, and technical experts.
- Monitor progress of business projects and ensure alignment with capabilities, processes, and information models.
- Provide expertise in police and public‑sector processes, data migration, and hierarchical/relational database design.
- Demonstrate fluent active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist Program Manager in articulating business objectives and identifying required projects/deliverables.
2. Define and enforce architectural principles, concepts, and data access rules.
3. Align solutions with business requirements, capabilities, processes, information models, and interfaces.
4. Coordinate review and approval of business architectural artifacts.
5. Track and report progress of business projects and deliverables.
6. Establish collaboration channels with user reps, business analysts, product technical experts, DPO, legal, master data manager, etc.
7. Work closely with technical architects, testing coordinator, change coordinator, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert-level Business Architecture and Business Process design (public/police sector).
- Expert-level Project & Delivery Management.
- Expert-level Migration Strategy and hierarchical/relational database design.
- Expert knowledge of police organization and processes.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in public‑sector or law‑enforcement IT projects considered essential.
