Job Title: Cybersecurity Architect (F/M)
Role Summary:
Design, document, and implement secure network and system architectures for industrial environments, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and global security requirements. Lead the creation of security standards, guide fellow architects, assess risks, recommend solutions, and support project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Cybersecurity Architect
- Deep understanding of industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA, IIoT)
- Track record of delivering complex security architecture projects
- Ability to develop and enforce security policies, standards, and documentation
- Strong communication skills for advising architects and supporting cross‑functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect network and system security for industrial environments in line with client IT strategy.
- Develop and maintain security architecture models, standards, and reference architectures.
- Educate and mentor architecture teams on secure design principles.
- Conduct risk assessments specific to industrial infrastructures.
- Propose solutions that meet cybersecurity requirements such as LPM compliance.
- Support technical solution selection (industrial firewalls, network segmentation, remote access security, SOC monitoring, etc.).
- Draft security documentation, policies, standards, impact analyses, and security architecture dossiers.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams to ensure security requirements are met throughout build, run, and maintenance phases.
Required Skills:
- Network and system architecture design for industrial/OT environments
- Security standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, etc.) and compliance knowledge
- Risk assessment and mitigation for industrial infrastructures
- Architecture modeling tools (Archimate, Visio, etc.)
- Vendor and solution evaluation; experience with industrial firewalls, segmentation, remote access, SOC solutions
- Documentation and policy writing; ability to produce business‑impact analyses
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to train and influence peers
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC Security Essentials, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- Additional certifications in industrial security (e.g., CISA, SCADA‑specific training) preferred.
