Job Description

Job Title: Digital Transformation Sales Engineer (M/F) Role Summary: Lead and expand sales of digital transformation solutions—including PLM, MOM, IoT, CAD—within key industrial sectors (aerospace, defense, energy, automotive). Build long‑term client relationships, collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams, and drive end‑to‑end sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution. Required Skills: - Proven sales experience in industrial software solutions (PLM, MOM, IoT) with a focus on project‑based sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work autonomously. - Team player with capability to influence cross‑functional partners. - Fluent in English (written, spoken). - Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of sale‑cycle experience handling software licensing or IT services. - Professional certifications in sales methodology (e.g., SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) are an advantage.
