**Job Title:** IT Project Manager (Industrial Transformation)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end management of digital transformation projects for large industrial clients, focusing on ERP, PLM, MOM, and other industry technologies. Own project planning, execution, budgeting, risk mitigation, client interfacing, and delivery of high‑quality solutions within an agile framework.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Maintain a strong, proactive relationship with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Apply rigorous project governance, continuous improvement, and best practices.
- Travel weekly to client sites in the South of Île‑de‑France.
- Secure and maintain a “Secret Defense” security clearance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scope, schedule, resources, and workload distribution.
- Coordinate all project phases from design to production rollout.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary client interface, fostering engagement and satisfaction.
- Track and control project budgets, invoicing, and financial performance.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans.
- Organize and facilitate project steering committees and status meetings.
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and raise deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with production, account, and innovation leads to align deliverables with business objectives.
- Contribute to the refinement of project management processes and standards across the organization.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading industrial IT projects (maintenance, support, or digital transformation).
- Proven expertise in ERP, PLM, MOM, and related industry platforms.
- Strong command of French and English (written and spoken).
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
- Autonomy, motivation, and a results‑driven mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Security clearance: Secret Defense (mandatory).
