Job Description: **Job title:** Fullstack AI Developer – Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist **Role Summary:** Design and implement backend (Python & Java) and frontend (React/Angular/Vue.js) components to extend Microsoft Copilot Studio. Provide end‑to‑end solutions—from architecture, CI/CD pipelines, IaC on Azure, to containerized deployment. **Expectations:** - Serve as a versatile full‑stack & DevOps contributor within an AI squad. - Drive industrialization and optimization of AI projects. - Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate Copilot with on‑premise and cloud systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain Copilot extensions, including custom connectors, plugins, and tailored front‑end interfaces. - Design and refine technical architectures that interconnect Copilot Studio with internal legacy and cloud services. - Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, ensuring automated deployment of AI solutions and dependencies. - Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources (App Services, Functions, API Management) via Terraform. - Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate deployments as needed. - Produce clear technical documentation and conduct code reviews to uphold quality and security standards. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Python and Java; strong JavaScript skills with React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, and Azure services (App Service, Functions, API Management). - Solid DevOps practices: pipeline automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, containerization. - Analytical mindset for troubleshooting complex issues and designing robust solutions. - Excellent communication skills and a strong curiosity about generative AI. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Preferable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent DevOps credentials.
