**Job Title:** Control‑M Expert/Administrator **Role Summary:** Senior professional responsible for deploying, customizing, and maintaining Control‑M scheduling solutions (versions 9.0.20/9.0.21). Leads architecture design, version migrations, and Level‑3 support while driving automation, standardization, and technical documentation.
