**Job title:** Head of IT – Truck & Trailer Division
**Role Summary:**
Lead the IT strategy, transformation and operations for the Truck & Trailer Division in France and Belgium. Align technology initiatives with AXA Partners’ corporate strategy, drive cloud migration, simplify the application landscape, and enhance service delivery while delivering business growth, cost efficiencies, and improved customer experience.
**Expectations:**
- Execute transformation plans within agreed time, budget, and quality.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable IT plans.
- Maintain SLA-defined service levels and efficient operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and high employee satisfaction.
- Deliver measurable gains in GWP, cost reduction and NPS.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Strategic alignment of regional IT with AXA Partners objectives.
2. Lead end‑to‑end IT transformation—cloud migration, application simplification, agility initiatives.
3. Develop and manage the division’s IT budget and capacity plan.
4. Define, implement, and monitor SLA and QoS metrics.
5. Govern local IT projects, ensuring adherence to global governance, architecture, and security standards.
6. Coordinate with regional and central IT teams on architecture, integrations, and shared services.
7. Oversee operations, first‑line security, and Cloud/on‑premises infrastructure performance.
8. Manage outsourcing partner relationships and drive global asset adoption.
9. Lead stewardship of local IT governance meetings and steering committees.
10. Supervise a team of 15-20 professionals, ensuring skill development, balanced workloads, and positive employee NPS.
11. Develop and execute a target operating model, including roles, efficiencies, and career pathways.
**Required Skills:**
- Executive leadership and team management (matrix organization).
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse IT teams.
- Strong change‑management, program and project management expertise.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, application life‑cycle, and architectural integration.
- Governance, architecture, and security framework proficiency.
- Budgeting, capacity planning, and SLA management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Experience with outsourcing and vendor management.
- Continuous improvement focus and data‑driven decision making.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications preferred: PMP, ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google), and/or cybersecurity (CISM/CISSP).
