Job Description
**Job Title**: Account Manager **Role Summary**: Drive business growth and market share for high‑tech geospatial positioning solutions by managing dealer networks, expanding key accounts, and executing regional sales strategies in France and adjacent markets. **Expectations**: - Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and quotas. - Build and nurture relationships with distributors and key accounts. - Identify and recruit new dealers and vertical market opportunities. - Conduct product demonstrations and commercial negotiations. - Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client visits. - Travel regionally to support dealer activities and client engagements. **Key Responsibilities**: - Execute direct and indirect B2B sales activities targeting geospatial industries (GNSS, LiDAR, UAV, construction, GIS, agriculture). - Develop regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives. - Manage the dealer lifecycle: onboarding, performance monitoring, and business development support. - Respond to, track, and close distributor‑generated inquiries and proposals. - Deliver on‑site product demonstrations and technical presentations to convert leads into orders. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. - Coordinate and participate in trade shows, roadshows, and promotional events. **Required Skills**: - Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in geospatial / high‑tech industries. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding dealer networks. - Strong negotiation, face‑to‑face communication, and presentation skills. - Fluency in French; professional proficiency in English (written & oral). - Ability to travel within the region on a regular basis. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - French citizenship and eligibility to work in France required.
