Job Description
Job Title: System Engineer (Ironport) Role Summary: Senior-level engineer responsible for Level 3 support, engineering, and modernization of enterprise Active Directory and secure messaging environments, primarily within a major international banking infrastructure. Expactations: * Deliver high‑availability, secure identity and messaging services across AMER, EU, and ASIA. * Drive global initiatives to strengthen security, automate processes, and upgrade legacy systems. * Act as a technical point of contact for cross‑regional teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide Level 3 operational support for Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID). 2. Partner with US and global teams to manage and secure Cisco IronPort SEG integrated with Microsoft Exchange. 3. Implement and maintain email security controls (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, antispam, antimalware) and Exchange Online governance. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, certificate authorities, and load balancers. 5.
