**Job title** Procurement, Method & Process and CSR Internship (6 months, Jan 2026) **Role Summary** Student role supporting the implementation and monitoring of the SPASER (Socially & Ecologically Responsible Purchasing) framework, advancing responsible procurement practices, process improvement, performance analysis, and audit preparation within the procurement and legal division. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable contributions to responsible procurement initiatives. - Produce clear, analytical reports and dashboards. - Collaborate across cross‑functional teams (contracting, data, CSR, operations, legal, suppliers). **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and monitor SPASER activities, ensuring alignment with group RSE strategy. - Map, formalise and enhance procurement processes (internal procedures, tools). - Track performance indicators (cost, lead time, compliance, volume, service quality). - Support preparation and follow‑up of ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 and CSR‑Engaged audits. - Draft and update contractual documents (clauses, scoring criteria, analysis templates). - Gather, structure and analyse procurement data in partnership with the Data team. - Identify continuous improvement opportunities: process simplification, digitisation, best‑practice capture. - Promote and communicate RSE and responsible procurement actions with partners and suppliers. **Required Skills** - Strong organisational and analytical mindset; meticulous data and process tracking. - Excellent written communication and synthesis. - Team‑oriented, collaborative across diverse functions. - Curiosity about public procurement, sustainable performance, and CSR. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge desirable. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master 1 or 2 student, or final year of a business or engineering program. - Specialisation in procurement, CSR management, process organisation or change management. - No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
