Job Description
Job title: Station Systems Maintenance Technician Level 3 Role Summary: Execute reactive and planned maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PHP, PAVA, SISS, and associated telephony systems across western London stations. Manage daily fault resolution, report generation, and ensure assets meet SLA requirements. Expectations: - Perform maintenance Monday‑Friday, covering TOC stations along West London, M3, and M4. - Deliver timely service to meet SLA targets. - Maintain professional knowledge of Network Rail safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily reactive maintenance on SISS, CCTV, IP networks, help points, screens, public address, CIS, PAVA, and Wi‑Fi. 2. Execute weekly, monthly, and annual planned maintenance tasks as directed by the Team Leader. 3. Log, track, and close work orders using ServiceNow or equivalent IT system. 4. Operate field IT equipment for diagnostics and configuration. Required Skills: - Proven experience with CCTV, CIS, PAVA, or PH/PHOP systems; electrical background acceptable. - Familiarity with SLA‑driven maintenance contracts. - Ability to use ServiceNow or similar ticketing/CMDB platforms. - Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving in networked security systems. - Good communication skills for reporting and interfacing with station staff. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. - Valid UK driving licence. - Relevant health & safety training for railway environments preferred.

**Job Title:** Rail Systems Maintenance Technician – Level 3 **Role Summary:** Perform reactive and planned maintenance on station information and security systems (CCTV, CIS, PAVA, Public Address, Wi‑Fi, Telephony, and related IP networks) across West London rail stations.
