**Job title**
Senior Electrical Projects Manager – Tertiary Sector
**Role Summary**
Lead the commercial, financial, operational and technical management of large‑scale tertiary electrical installations. Drive business growth, ensure project profitability, maintain client satisfaction, and deliver projects on schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.
**Expectations**
- Deliver revenue and margin targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Expand the client base within the regional industrial and research market.
- Demonstrate strong commercial and technical judgment, financial discipline, and leadership.
- Act as the point of contact for key customers, partners and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Commercial Development** – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, craft proposals, lead tendering, negotiate contracts, and build long‑term client relationships.
2. **Financial Management** – Set and monitor annual budgets, control costs, analyze profitability, manage billing & collections, and report on financial performance.
3. **Project Oversight** – Coordinate contractual, legal and technical aspects; validate technical choices, subcontractors, and suppliers; track progress, ensure schedules, and resolve issues.
4. **Quality & Safety** – Enforce company QSSE (Quality, Safety, Sustainability, Environment) policies, implement risk‑prevention actions, and promote a culture of safety.
5. **Team Leadership** – Define strategic direction, recruit and develop staff, set performance expectations, and drive team engagement and retention.
**Required Skills**
- Commercial acumen with proven ability to close deals and grow market share.
- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
- Technical expertise in industrial and tertiary electrical installation, including knowledge of a regional client base and engineering partners.
- Project management capability: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Negotiation and communication skills for client and supplier interactions.
- Leadership and people‑management: coaching, motivating, and evaluating personnel.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Degree (Bac + 2 to Bac + 5) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of senior commercial/operations experience in electrical installation (CFA/CFO level).
- Proven track record of managing large electrical projects and financial performance.
