Job Description
**Job Title**: Internal Sales Executive **Role Summary**: Support UK manufacturer’s growth by managing B2B sales, renewals, and customer relationships. Focus on technical sales of commercial and industrial heating products. **Expectations**: Proven internal/telesales experience in B2B settings with a track record in lead generation, contract renewals, and client retention. Comfort with fast-paced, target-driven environments. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct 20–40 daily sales calls to existing, lapsed, and prospective customers for renewals, spares, service contracts, and new business. - Build and maintain client relationships while upselling and cross-selling technical products/services. - Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company growth targets. - Track sales performance and report metrics to ensure targets are met. **Required Skills**: - 2+ years in internal B2B sales, with experience in technical/industrial sectors preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling techniques. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales data analysis. - Time management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes and multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business/technical fields advantageous. - Demonstrated experience in role (no formal certifications required).
