Job Description
**Job Title:** Intern – Change Management Officer (HRIS) **Role Summary:** Support the People Recruiting & Training stream within the IT department by driving user adoption of HRIS recruitment and training tools. Design and deliver training content, manage internal communication, and contribute to continuous improvement of HRIS processes. **Expectations:** - Facilitate change for recruiters and training managers, ensuring effective tool usage. - Produce high‑quality training materials and e‑learning assets. - Execute internal communication plans to promote HRIS adoption. - Monitor adoption metrics and support stabilization/optimization projects. - Provide regular status reporting to the team and manager. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Conduct change‑management activities for end‑users, including training sessions and feedback collection. 2. Create guides, tutorials, videos, and interactive e‑learning modules; maintain a resource library. 3. Develop and execute an internal communication strategy (newsletters, articles, visual assets) to raise awareness and usage of HRIS tools. 4. Manage a collaborative space (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to centralize resources and foster user interaction. 5. Participate in HRIS stabilization and optimization initiatives, track usage indicators, propose corrective actions, and document change activities. **Required Skills:** - Understanding of HR processes; familiarity with recruitment or training systems is a plus. - Strong change‑management and user‑support abilities. - Proficiency with digital and collaborative tools (LMS, e‑learning authoring tools, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.). - Ability to design training materials (e‑learning capsules, user guides, instructional videos). - Professional English communication skills (written and oral). - Organized, rigorous, analytical, and able to simplify complex information. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Communication, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master 1 or 2).
