Job title: Systems & Network Engineer (M/F)
Role Summary:
Responsible for operating and supporting the Linkt network infrastructure, including monitoring, incident management, coordination of interventions, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing Linux/Windows systems and related services (Active Directory, NTP, SQL).
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, VPN, VLAN).
- Familiarity with equipment and tools from RedHat, Cisco, Juniper, Forti, Huawei, Nokia.
- Competence in monitoring solutions (Centreon, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Basic scripting abilities in Bash or PowerShell; Python knowledge is a plus.
- Autonomous, proactive, service‑centered mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor network and system infrastructures.
- Detect, analyze, and resolve incidents, coordinating corrective actions.
- Lead intervention planning and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain accurate operation documentation and audit trails.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance performance and reliability.
Required Skills:
- Systems administration (Linux & Windows).
- Services administration (Active Directory, NTP, SQL).
- Core networking skills (TCP/IP, basic routing, firewalls, VPN, VLAN).
