Project Manager AMOA Insurance (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead and oversee the delivery of core data solutions for insurance clients, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Drive the definition and evolution of the data architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with medium‑term information system goals and the integration of new dashboards, data management and governance initiatives. Manage project life cycles, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while promoting best practices, harmonization, and user adoption.
**Expactations**
- Deliver a portfolio of data platform projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain a clear, medium‑term data architecture roadmap.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (data engineers, architects, product owners, management) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide regular status updates, steering committee facilitation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Foster continuous improvement through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with governance, data quality, and security standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build trustful relationships with project teams, foundational platforms, and solution vendors.
- Define road‑map targets, scope, and sub‑projects, proposing proactive system enhancements.
- Conduct preliminary studies and design new dashboards, data management workflows, and reporting tools.
- Oversee project delivery by leading or delegating to project managers, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and resource plans.
- Chair monthly steering committees and communicate progress to senior management.
- Participate in application architecture design, solution harmonization, and standardization initiatives.
- Promote user skill development via training, documentation, and best‑practice dissemination.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange across teams and tools.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in data projects, with a track record of leading technical initiatives.
- Strong project management skills: planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management.
- Experienced in managing technical teams and coordinating multi‑disciplinary stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for business audiences.
- Proficiency in data platform concepts (data lakes, pipelines, dashboards) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce).
- Rigorous, service‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and produce clear, actionable documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or data management (CDMP) are preferred.
