Job Description: **Job Title:** Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) **Role Summary:** Drive top‑of‑funnel growth for a fast‑scaling B2B retail payment solution by generating qualified meetings with franchise store directors. Operate remotely (optional on‑site at Paris Station F) as a freelance or final‑year internship, reporting directly to the founder. **Expectations:** - Conduct ≥ 50 outbound cold calls daily and achieve set meeting‑booking targets. - Maintain high activity and conversion metrics (calls, emails, appointments, pipeline progression). - Deliver accurate CRM entries and follow‑up actions in a timely manner. - Meet performance‑based compensation milestones (fixed base plus variable bonuses for booked meetings and closed deals). **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect franchise store directors across targeted retail segments. - Execute cold‑calling campaigns, send personalized follow‑up emails, and manage repeat outreach. - Qualify leads by assessing store size, transaction volume, and decision‑making authority. - Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for senior sales leadership. - Record detailed call notes, lead status, and activity logs in the company CRM. - Collaborate with the founder and sales team to refine outreach scripts and objection‑handling techniques. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in B2B cold calling, preferably within retail or franchise environments. - Strong verbal communication, persuasive speaking, and rapport‑building abilities. - Resilience to rejection and a persistent, self‑motivated work ethic. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline independently. - Basic understanding of retail cash‑flow, customer experience, and profitability challenges. - Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (email, spreadsheets). **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing bachelor’s degree (final‑year students accepted). - No specific certifications required; sales or business coursework considered a plus.
