**Job Title:** Forecast Analyst (Charge de Prévision) – F/M
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving activity forecasts for various operational units within the Corporate Relations division. Utilizes statistical modeling, data‑science techniques (AI/ML), and deep business knowledge to generate multi‑granular forecasts that support budgeting, workload planning, staffing, and real‑time operational control.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in forecasting, statistical modeling, or data‑science roles, preferably in insurance, contact‑center, or similar service environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with real‑time monitoring, planning, reporting, data, HR, and operations teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, rigorous approach, and effective communication of complex results to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collect, organize, and validate data from internal tools to ensure comprehensive activity coverage.
2. Develop robust predictive models in partnership with business units, incorporating relevant internal and external variables.
3. Produce forecasts at various granularities and time horizons for budgeting, capacity planning, and operational monitoring.
4. Translate forecasts into actionable workload plans and update them continuously based on actual performance.
5. Monitor forecast‑vs‑actual variances, refine models, and drive continuous improvement.
6. Lead and contribute to forecasting committees and operational steering meetings.
7. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Data, Planning, Reporting, HR, and Operations teams.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in statistical techniques and predictive modeling.
- Experience handling unstructured data and data preparation.
- Knowledge of data‑science and machine‑learning methods.
- Strong command of BI tools, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.
- Understanding of multi‑channel service environments.
- Excellent analytical, pedagogical, and communication abilities.
- Project‑oriented, adaptable, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics or machine learning are a plus (e.g., SAS, Python, Azure ML).
