Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist
Role Summary: Spearhead the marketing component of new product introductions within the LED lighting division, acting as the central liaison among Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of launch materials and successful go‑to‑market execution.
Expectations: Deliver all marketing collateral—packaging, POS sheets, brochures, web content, imagery, banners, price lists, and catalogs—on schedule; maintain alignment across cross‑functional teams; drive continuous improvement of launch processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the end‑to‑end launch workflow in Wrike, recommending process optimizations for marketing tasks.
• Coordinate with Product Managers to define launch requirements and deadlines.
• Liaise with Marketing (UK/China), Design, Web, and Purchasing teams to secure product imagery, packaging, specifications, and pricing information.
• Provide product information to the web team for timely online release.
• Attend kick‑off and launch‑planning meetings to align stakeholders.
• Monitor task completion, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate launch status to all departments.
• Oversee the production of POS materials, brochures, catalogs, banners, and price lists.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in product launch marketing, preferably in LED lighting or related consumer electronics.
• Strong project management ability with excellent organization, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
• Excellent written and verbal English, capable of handling technical specifications and marketing copy.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable building relationships across all levels.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Product Marketing Manager) are advantageous but not mandatory.
