Job Description

Job Title: Project Engineer Role Summary: Lead and manage technical projects across nuclear, renewable energy, infrastructure, and maritime sectors. Oversee cost, quality, schedule, and performance; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; manage risks; ensure stakeholder alignment; drive reporting and continuous improvement. Expectations: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Foster trust with clients and teams, maintain strong client satisfaction, and contribute actively to team success. Fluent in English and committed to lifelong learning and project excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage project cost, quality, schedule, and performance metrics. - Coordinate project stakeholders and facilitate steering, planning, and progress meetings. - Lead technical coordination of all intervention teams. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. - Establish relevant KPIs, produce regular reporting, and update dashboards. - Develop and maintain project schedules and activity plans. - Update and maintain technical documentation. - Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee specific contract management. - Capture and apply lessons learned for knowledge capitalisation. Required Skills: - Strong project management and coordination abilities. - Proficient in risk management and quality control. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership. - Technical understanding of engineering projects in nuclear, renewables, infrastructure, or maritime domains. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Client‑centric mindset and proactive problem‑solving. Required Education & Certifications: - Bac+5 (5‑year) engineering degree (generalist or technical specialty). - Relevant technical or project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred but not mandatory.
