Job Description

**Job Title** Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary** Design, build, and operate the infrastructure that supports machine learning model development and deployment. Deliver end‑to‑end MLOps and Agentic Ops solutions, converting research models into production systems and driving adoption across the organization. **Expectations** - Lead the implementation of MLOps best practices. - Mentor cross‑functional teams on model deployment and operational excellence. - Keep up to date with emerging Azure, Databricks, and MLFlow technologies to continuously improve the platform. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines on Azure Databricks and Azure ML. - Transform offline models built by Data Scientists into fully operational production services. - Define and enforce standards for model versioning, monitoring, and security. - Design microservice‑based deployments for ML inference. - Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Engineers, and stakeholders to integrate models into business systems. - Share knowledge through internal workshops, documentation, and external communities. - Identify and propose enhancements to existing ML capabilities. **Required Skills** - Strong background in machine learning, including model building and operationalization. - Proficiency with Azure Databricks, Azure ML, MLFlow, Git, Python, and PySpark. - Experience designing and deploying microservices for ML inference. - Solid understanding of software development, DevOps, and MLOps principles. - Familiarity with Agentic Ops concepts and practices. - Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
