Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager – Mid Market Role Summary: Drive growth and satisfaction for mid‑market enterprise customers in a remote SaaS environment. Manage the full account life cycle, from strategic planning and solution consulting through to revenue achievement and customer retention. Expectations: * Deliver on assigned sales quota and strategic account objectives. * Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and promptly resolve escalations. * Expand account footprint through relationship building at multiple levels. * Work autonomously while collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Create and execute tailored account strategies and plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell of Cornerstone solutions. * Lead solution selling engagements, including needs assessment, proposal development, and negotiation. * Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress to senior leadership. * Coordinate with delivery, technical, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing service delivery. * Monitor and report on customer health metrics, usage data, and satisfaction ratings. * Conduct regular business reviews and value‑delivery meetings with key stakeholders. * Proactively manage risk, address escalations, and implement corrective actions to safeguard customer relationships. Required Skills: * Strong account management and solution selling experience in a SaaS/software industry. * Proven ability to consult on business processes and translate them into technology solutions. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both French and English. * Project management competence and ability to prioritize in a remote setting. * Analytical thinking with proficiency in sales tools (CRM, analytics dashboards). * Customer‑centric mindset with a track record of high satisfaction and retention. * Entrepreneurial attitude and self‑stimulation to pursue new opportunities. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3 years of solution sales or consulting experience; 5+ years total customer‑facing account management. * Certifications in CRM or SaaS sales (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are a plus.
